First off, $20MM PIC was from DOLV not, anything to do with the current situation. Secondly, the $3MM in PIC that was added was NOT cash.

It shows $2.7m in paid-in capital for the 9-month period, and $750k for the 3-month period ending September 30th. That is the amount of money raised via issuance of common and/or preferred shares.
