Yes he is Giai. He is the head of Business Development for PTOP which is why I have raised the concerns I have here. I originally thought he was still the CEO because the company hasn't updated OTCMarkets or the Nevada SOS with the new CEOs info. In fact, the company status with NVSOS has been revoked for over a year and they all of a sudden are going to update it because a few investors sent them an email recommending it? That is extremely suspicious behavior by Penny Stock management and any sophisticated investor knows this to be true.
All I am doing is exposing Chris Esposito for being a known Penny Stock Fraudster, and that is essentially from the SEC's mouth, not my words. Lots of info out there on Esposito and I'd be more than happy to share what I have dug up on him so far if you want.
