You should NOT be able to order the certificates as Lehman basically does not exits. There has to be a Lehman Officer to sign the certificates which there is not. In BK they are not allowed to issue stocks or certificates as I understand it.
One thing you should look at is putting in an order to SELL each of your CT holdings for what you think they may be worth in the future - $25, $35 etc. If they accept the sell then they cannot sell them for any less.
