The reverse merger with adding subsidiaries didnt happen until end of Oct/ Nov when ticker was changed. The Q3 is only until Sept and includes cost of ticker change and doing all those financials from old company had shell DOLV along with court suing old shell for the shares that were not included to Wang with ticker change. Besides still had over 4 million in assets !
