What explains that is that Wang dumped some money in the shell to cover the costs of getting the shell ready and merging things in, along with the other things pertaining to the shell itself I.e. the lawsuit. None of JB & ZJMY Co, Ltds assets are represented because it wasn't part of the holding company in Q3.
