I can't answer those questions.
They show the loan amount $495,000, Is that the TOTAL loan amount to Credo which means UPZS portion would be 250,000 or is the $495,000 UPZS 50% ?
Also they show "Brewhouse Eq. @ $745,237 and Cooking & kitchen Eq. @ $115,061 these are shown as assets. Where did UPZS get $860,000 ?
They show rent @ $48,150 is this there 50% of the Tap House Sports Grill,
or is it rent for a large POBox ?
