I think Sullivan is doing to ARCI what he did for GTRQ

Ok, pardon me for being lazy, but please tell me about ARCI, what have I missed, Sullivan running another company into the ground.

I guess the first time was so much FUNNER than anything he had ever done, he wants to do it again.
