toxic financiers do not invest millions $ to lose money! If you read Crede’s first filling it says that Crede’s discount to market price would be 91% thinking otherwise is illogical!

I think your very very wrong and need to look at the original O/S number and the current and you will find the PPS received was nowhere near a $1

Folks, as per the last 8-k, TOPS had sold almost 17m shares at almost a 1$ to the investor. 8.8m worth shares may have been sold by now. The stock is almost worth 80c or 90c to the investor. This is dirt cheap in low .40s. What do you think?
