you must be refering to the wrong post. I never said anything about whether Tony lost 1mill or what he did with the money. I just pointed out that the termination of the deal wasn't initiated by Tony or Baltia management team. It was not their decision - period!

The $1,000,000.00 was not refunded, Aerline did not commit a material breach of the agreement. The agreement was terminated because of Baltia's failures, not because management felt it was in the shareholders best interests.
