I don't get any signs of case dismissal from your link.
It just addresses the fraud claim which is just one part of the case.
The court says it's not clear whether the fraud claim should stay or go.
and gave Taub 2 weels to make a case for the fraud claim to stay. And then after that gave Arrayit 2 weeks to provide more affidavits or declarations.
