If it gets approved for initial use in the EU, then the FDA is going to look really bad for not allowing it in the US...especially when results have shown non-inferiority.
I actually wrote to the FDA recently asking for an explanation of how they could approve Sublocade when it showed results no better than probuphine, which they rejected, and they stated they "did not comment" on such matters.
