Yeah, I was always under the impression that the MM's weren't obligated to fill you, if your bid was hidden or not showing on L2, but if showing then you would get filled.
However, a buddy PM'd me the other day and said that there is no obligation to fill you EVER, even if you're the only bid, top bid, etc.
That is really some BS right there, the regulators are supposedly so worried about manipulation, but the MM's have the power to manipulate at their discretion....lol....WTF.
