Why would they?

They would have mentioned purchasing 37.7% of Long Star in their quarterly report.

The purchase was made by ZJMY and not JBMY. ZJMY was not merged into JBMY until the 4th quarter.

You will have to wait for the annual report to see what happened in the 4th quarter when ZJMY was merge into ZBMY.
You'll likely see some nice numbers in car sales.

I know it may be confusing to some but don't try to twist the facts.
