Certdog notice there is no author to this article. Interesting they hide ...

but the biggest flaw is that the CH Aviation has it wrong and for a investigative reporter/writer cannot even perform basic due diligence.

Hey reporter, not sure who your friends are but they lead you astray. You must learn to read and dig on your own. That is what you are paid for to report the truth is it not ???

I'll make it easy for you;

iv. upon receipt of a copy of Seller’s written notice of termination to Buyer pursuant to paragraphs 8.1(b)i., ii. or iii. above, the Escrow Agent shall pay to Buyer the balance of any funds held by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the Escrow Agreement, after deducting Buyer’s half of the escrow fee charged by the Escrow Agent in connection with the Escrow Agreement, in the event that such half shall not have already been paid separately by Buyer.

Capiche? I think you get it. Don't think they would leave a million bucks on the table? Below you can read all about our legal team member. Enjoy

You and I know this was not a good deal for USGlobal. If they lose the 1 million its better than spending another 5.5 million on a company that was not providing flight crews. What looked Ok in May was not looking good by November. By the time interviews and training were complete it would easily be March 2018. I don't think the FAA would go for that. Excellent decision to move on to a better deal. Makes me wonder the intent of the person that wrote that article.
