But, they have stayed current,clean shell overall while pursuing what management seems to think is a viable marketplace. No doubt the share count keeps rising, and unless they receive private funding for development, it will continue.
High risk/reward ratio... If they manage to develop their own line of products as intended, pay off from these levels could be pretty nice for all involved
