You're right I meant CINTAC not NRC. I'm not a fan of Seth or Areva but I do believe working together the fuel may be a viable product. They'll need a source of funding other than dilution as soon as possible next year or I expect next year will be the last one they are in business. It is a long shot but I believe that risk is priced in. I understand it could go to zero but if we start dropping significantly below 1 and staying down there it goes from risk to a death spiral.
