Ohio license was never part of the original.plan for Mass, Maryland, Michigan, Arizona. It would have been nice to get it but wasn't a priority. Maybe they are taking out $25 million to buy one of the Ohio cultivators.

It would have been nice. But they only gave out 12 ter 1 and 12 ter 2 out of 370 applications.
