But the share price is the highest amount someone is willing to pay for the stock, or the lowest amount that it can be bought for. It is based on the expectation of future performance which must be based on reality about the companies ability to grow and be profitable, not on hype about one product that as far as we know doesn't even have any customers/users yet. And, the companies history of financial performance and business behavior with regard to lenders, vendors, and investors must be factored into that.
