I'm thinking he has a "mega order" coming from the Middle East, which will require mucho funds to manufacture, deliver, and await payment. While this explains dilution, does not explain all the delays in redomicile and name change. Must be a good reason for that -- but we have no explanation. Still holding all shares here! ONCI....!
