Actually, surprise has nothing to do with it. The SS is still what it is, and something is going to have to be done with it. I already know everything I need to know except how it is going to be handled, and that won't be a surprise. Even revenue, right now, doesn't fix that problem, because revenue needs to be first used to keep the lights on and stop borrowing. Next, it has to begin paying down debt. And lastly, profit is needed to buy back shares.
It would be good to see BVTK land some big, and real contracts, but the clock is still ticking, and the SS is going to have to be fixed BEFORE any money is realized from any potential contract - that doesn't happen overnight, but conversions do.
