Agreed B ,,, Johan Claasen's not stupid. TMPS has provided him assurances that we will have a value greater that .52 per share. They may have disclosed refueling contracts that are all but approved depending on ability to fulfill (ie, Tri-Star L-1011s).
I don't know if CGI will have any involvement other than to deliver tankers to TMPS but when all's said & done that's all that's really important.
I'm wondering if Johan Claasen is no more than a broker for the RAF. That would explain to me the need for a release of liens.
