It is why they raised $54 million in capital. My feeling is when it comes to the FDA, things that they have jurisdiction over that kill people they usually react quicker than some over the counter health pill.
No one ever said this was going to be a quick process. Only that the process is real and has started. Again Factsman, I do not think the FDA wants to put the tobacco companies out of business. They just want the kill ratio lower. People are still going to smoke...and I think people will come back knowing they won't get hooked.
I can understand your con side debate, but wait until there are FACTS..
