So you are attempting to say that the sale of an asset such as a minority interest in another company is NOT part of the operations of this corporation?

Not only am I pointing out that fact, the CPA firm that prepared the F/S say that.

It is not part of Operations because it is a one-time event, not part of the day-to-day business of BRGO.
