When the deal closes they will have raised >$50Million $2.55 per share...Bitcoin has risen ~40% since the terms of the Private Placement were negotiated. The Coinstream deal looks very good...The Management Team and advisors are the best in Crypto industry...Compare this to RIOT or MARA...this is a no brainer....
