Thanks for posting some 'real' DD. After deducting start-up expenses, one should not expect much NET profit to ECOS for 2017.

LRS could still profit from their recycling contracts, with the new 'composting component', and Hanscom K may do alright on their financing deal with ECOS, but after 1 year, ECOS shareholders are left with a NO BID share price and a yet unknown 'potential'?

Hello Deal Guy, I remember you wrote a post about the fertilizer from the BioArt, i didnt have time to read that time and I can't find it now.

And where did you find this?
"For example, urea which is a real fertilizer is selling close to $200 per ton and blended nitrogen phosphate is about $200. "

And this?
"They look like price for nitrogen fertilizers which this product is not"

I am looking up the urea fertilizer, seems like the blended one or the $200/ton is synthetic and most have a ratio of 46-0-0. The one from Bio-ART is 2-1-1.
