I would be most concerned about the CFO here if it were me. She is in contmept of court already. Add to that the open use of company funds for personal use and now facts coming forward about shareholder vote that did not happen but reported to transfer agent to issues new shares is out right a lie she will nto be able to defend but will have to answer. This is your CFO. Not good. This is starting to look worse by the day. SEC wil step in and suspend QEDN no doubt and these being sister companies with same CFO don't be surprised when the same happens here.

I imagine there are shares held tight by those who have trusted her but once facts stack up they will dump to recover whatever value they can.
