Boozer, you've scratched the surface. Crooked Jose owes a lot more than 90k from a judgment, he owes money for back taxes, wages, worthless notes and subcontractors he stiffed. I'm sure he also has a few homeowners he owes money to for a variety of reasons. He and Ling are both liars and master manipulators who'll likely take their misdeeds to the grave.
