Nonsense. Companies like Merck and others are very aware of companies and technologies in their space, it is the usual pathetic bleat that such companies are foolish if they don’t buy or partner with their particular puny company . The reality is that there is a plethora of opportunities these companies consider and they usually make the best decision and do so with eyes wide open, unclouded by a desperate desire to see shares appreciate in value
