That was my concern pre ticker change... What was the backup plan if FINRA had said "you shall not pass" ? At that time I was concerned we'd end up with either Wang buying a different shell and us being screwed or just going IPO, and again us being screwed. Since that didn't happen it restored my confidence... However im still of the opinion that the company really doesn't give two craps about the American shareholders.
