Reverse, I read in a release or most likely a 10Q where Moro stated that other offers would have detracted from future revenues. If he made a deal with someone else at lower royalties than ABT just to get some up front cash, that would really tick ABT off and might get the product returned. Think about it, Moro is locked in to the ABT deal and he cannot make other deals. ABT effectively has an exclusive.
