Right, but what has been said is that the plan is to retire the shares, right? That's the part that makes the lawsuit not related to the lack of news to me. If the company was planning to resell those shares I could say, ok, maybe somehow that makes sense, but even in that case it wouldn't make sense for them to then withhold information because if they were reselling they'd want them to be worth as much as possible.

To me the only fear they could have is that these people would dump them all and send the pps into the toilet. I could see that as a going concern for Wang bc that effectively makes his own shares worthless except from a control standpoint, but even if that happened I still think the price would rebound eventually, I know if we got back into sub penny land I would start loading up again because that would be a stellar opportunity for us.

So, that being said, does anyone know for sure if those shares were restricted when the price hit 12.9? I don't think the lawsuit was in effect then that I recall. If they were restricted then anyway that would mean that there would be even less reason to keep the price down.

I think honestly the most likely reason for the delay is bc the financials aren't going to show all the glitz and glamour we expect. That being said, they may have some juicy deals that haven't been finalized officially yet that would offset a less than stellar 3Q if they wait until they are done to PR and release that and 3Q at the same time. Of course, they could have also done that with 4Q or the annual.
