This is possible. The defendants may not be as willing to fight for the shares if they are still in the pennies. If the PPS shot up from news, they'd be more inclined to fight for their shares and possibly dragging the court case out for longer.

Still, I am not sure what to make of the delay/lack of communication. I doubt they would become a publicly traded company and do nothing with it. Something is coming; we just don't know when.

It's been said many times on this board that the court case has nothing to do with the day to day business of a company. It was always FINRA's fault for the delay of info. Now FINRA is in the past it seems like now the court case is the hold up.

Let's be real here. Company's are always getting sued or are in court for various reasons and the day to day business still goes on. Since this case is about property (shares) they are probably frozen untill a ruling is handed down.

RO said that once the name change is complete there was PR's lined up to be released.

What will be the next reason for no info...... Let me guess.....
Q3 has no reportable activity in it so the real good stuff won't be untill Q4.

Keep kicking the can down the road and prolonging this untill all have had a chance to dump there shares. I have had shares since April but it's getting old. It doesn't have to be a mother load release but it has to be something soon
