Zulual, I would send them a note specifically directing hem to maintain the CTs in your account as you believe they will have residual value at some point. Keep a copy of that doc (would even send it registered letter). If by chance they do scrap them prior to value coming back, I would think that you would have a compelling case to recover any value from them in that situation.
