OTC Markets show 1.8 Billion shares were issued but from recent filling only 1.5 Billion shares were authorized. It looks like at least 300 Million shares were issued before transfer agent learned about the unauthorized share increase. What if you bought shares that were issued to someone that were not authorized? If you are a shareholder how can you confirm if your shares are void? If you are purchasing shares how can you ensure the shares you are about to purchase from your broker are authorized or void?
