The obvious answer would be that there is no increase in shares and that this is why there hasn't been any update.

A quick search on the most traded companies on (non-pink) OTC as to when they had their OS updated. For >10MUSD traded we have;
GBTC November 27th
RHHBY August 17th
ACCBF September 25th
GLNNF September 18th
APHQF August 20th
IFNNY August 31sth
FNMA June 30th
I.e of the 7 non-pink OTC-companies with more than 10MUSD traded, only one of them have been updated this month...

I don't know how soon after an increase the OTC-companies have to report it, but didn't we have quite frequent updates when the OS increased this autumn?
