Technically one could say his 3rd shot if you include Digital Domain going bankrupt? And maybe it's just me but it sounded like Textor had been "working" on his AI company while he was the CEO of Pulse. Not sure I like that since I would consider that a conflict of interest. That said, it seems like Textor still believes in what Pulse is doing. Judging by the SP, I'm guessing the average investor doesn't believe the $1.10 "offer".
