AGM is a requirement for Merkur. In it's admission document SIAF has stated that they have to inform us about the AGM 10 days prior to the meeting. Not sure about the consequences if they don't, but no reason to believe that they will not (however, we haven't seen the official/final agenda though).
The requirements is that they have to inform the investors they have the adress to, i.e not Nordnet-users etc. However, I assume that they will issue a PR about it.
