The word days in the acceptance section of the contract has plain meaning. They can't just say it is business days because that is what they want to say. There is a back story here that nobody is telling the shareholders about.
I would guess that at some point this contract was amended and ECOS didn't provide an 8K for the amendment (another disclosure issue). Changes in material contracts are automatic 8K items.
