And another thing, anyone who thinks Ronin entered into this agreement without knowing what was behind the curtain is a fool. No doubt first an NDA was signed, then the full playbook revealed to Ronin, and then the terms of the agreement negotiated.
Now the PPS breaks are probably off. Possibility of a "leak" has just grown substantially. Institutions will start to buy. Many retail holders will bail at lower prices because they have finally got out of the red. Then the low liquidity of only 50M shares will put it in high gear until the deal is announced.
