Just talked with a past CEO of the co. Looks like the co. is going to file Bankruptcy in the coming days. Heading back to pre reverse fastest of any co. in years after a 1 for 350 reverse. Simpson also going to resign. Debt holders will be taking over co. and bring it private from what I'm told after the BK. if they are the successful bidders.
