Failure to deliver hasnt occurred yet! Yes there have been delays and I am sure that putting all the pieces together takes time and nothing ever goes smoothly as anybody that has ever tried to get a mortgage, organize other people or negotiate knows all to well. I know typical pennies suck and they lie to the shareholders but these guys seem sincere in their goals. Gotta have a little faith in people sometimes.....and if it was that easy we would all be filthy rich....IMHO
