Like you said DG there is some truth to what Kenny wrote. In my opinion there was enough info in the two latest 8ks for the needle to have moved. Go back 12 months and ECOS shot to .045 on announcing the association with LRS. During that time 2016 has been restated to an additional loss of 750k and there have been 30-40% more shares issued plus this years loss. Yet nothing?

But it is a tinge. However quite a bit has been delivered....

So unless there is relatively large infringment such as what he has stated when ECOS was under the reigns of the previous "shyster" CEO, I'm giving Kwak some leeway.

Though there has been some missteps as you pointed out, its not a severe dealbreaker.

Just my opinion.
