A good ad agency would be great. They know how to analyze a variety of outlets and will make suggestions accordingly. I have experience in working with agencies in both St. Louis and KC markets in Missouri. We would simply give them a budget and they would bring proposals for our decision. A ROI was included in the proposal. Now we wait and see.
