Logic strongly suggests that the last of the lingering 3a10 overhang shares will be extinguished b4 the end of year...so ONCI will then start trading based on their projected market cap of next year and the years that follow.
Which makes CEO Berman's fiscal year end financials report coming next month all the more intriguing...because that set of financials will become the precedent setter/benchmark all future quarterly financial results next year forward will bring!
In a nutshell, as long as CEO Berman finishes building it...much higher breeds of OTC investors will come and initiate their accumulation...and logic strongly suggests ONCI will seek an uplisting to the QB which of course comes with a minimum 1 cent per share share price threshold glty!
