So.... I don't care as he took the money and made the deal. He also may own over a hundred million shares if they reverse merger. Remember, Spanos talked with Mathews AFTER it was announced that they were increasing OS to 1 Bil... I'm sure he's not happy about the dilution but he will still end up with more shares than anyone and be a rich man. Dump all this and see what happens to his name on Wall St OR the Crypto market.... He OWNS this with Matthews... Period.
