Did you see that CC isn't representing GERS, but it seems to be its own counsel. Pokotilow of Stroock and Stroock seems to be representing GERS. We had a filing saying that Pokotilow was withdrawn as a counsel for GERS and was replaced by Mr.Rye of CC, didn't we? Was there a new filing?
What could this mean?
