LOL...the OTC today is George sharps site. George Sharpe is on the board of OTC markets beginning this past May. Stinks to the high heavens.

I wish I could give ya the answer Bleu buddy but it's for lawyers and legal experts to figure out...but for sure there needs to be a plethora of scrutiny as to exactly what's behind OTC Markets abruptly slapping skulls on organically running OTC plays that aren't diluting...because if nothing gets done soon...then the OTC market as we all used to know it is DEAD!
