Agreed OC no-one can run and hide from a united class action lawsuit! So I for one appreciate your efforts and hope at least 6 recently skull slapped OTC companies unite as the lead plaintiff which ALL joe retailers can then join from individual class action periods of when OTC Markets slapped the skull on each individual OTC company.
If successfully launched this will be a class action lawsuit for the OTC ages as it would expose who's behind ASCM and why OTC Markets is implementing their skull trick on fully reporting OTC companies that aren't engaged in any dilution or promotion!
