PAYD is not a promoter. They do not seek out companies and get them to pay them to send emails out. They are a subscriber based site. You pay them a monthly fee for charts, alerts, learning tools chat room. There are many such sites, I get emails from jasonbond, and many others. No CE put on any of theirs. This is truly hyocrtical.
