Over and over again the constitution or at least those documents that preceded it and their where those who voided the contract with the people. There was war or upheaval and the people updated those documents over the years, decades, and centuries too the constitution we started with safeguarded in D.C. There were copies made and distributed through the colonies. There have been many amendments since but the biggest problem today is again those that rule are following in the foot steps of past tyrants and we are most likely getting closer too a time too once again overthrow those that say do as I say and not as I do.
